Shopping & Orders
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and contact information. Once you confirm your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Yes, you can cancel your order if it's still pending or approved. Once your order has been shipped, you'll need to follow our return process. To cancel, go to "My Orders" in your account and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders over Rs. 6,000. But its depends on the product you ordered. once an order is placed, we will call you for the order confirmation along with delivery charges info. once ordered is approved than it'll be shipped to provided address.

Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfers.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 50,000. For orders exceeding this amount, advance payment is required. This limit helps us ensure secure transactions.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your returned items. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account details you provide.
Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Pack the items securely in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Account & Profile
Click on "Register" in the top navigation, fill in your details (name, email, phone, password), and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email. You can also place orders as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your profile.
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Log into your account and go to "My Account" section. You can update your personal information, shipping addresses, and contact details.
Products
Product availability is shown on each product page. If a product is out of stock, you'll see an "Out of Stock" message. You can also sign up for email notifications to be alerted when a product becomes available again.
We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, please contact us for a return or exchange.
SalePoint Marketplace connects you with verified sellers across Pakistan. All sellers go through a verification process before they can list products. You can view seller information, ratings, and reviews on each product page.
