SIX SHOOTER BANDS
SIX SHOOTER BANDS is a single-use endoscopic device preloaded with 6 latex-free bands for treating esophageal varices and hemorrhoids. It features barrel for superior visibility and a manual trigger mechanism for precise, sequential band deployment.
The SIX SHOOTER BANDS is a single-use, endoscopic device developed to overcome the limitations of traditional single-shot ligators. It enables gastroenterologists to treat multiple varices in a single intubation session, significantly reducing procedure time and improving patient comfort.
The device consists of a clear barrel, preloaded with 6 latex-free bands, a trigger cord, and a control handle. When the physician manipulates the handle, the six elastic bands are released sequentially, allowing precise, safe ligation without repeated intubations. The system is designed with “Universal-fit” barrels, which securely fit a wide range of endoscopes, typically 9.5–13.0 mm in outer diameter, with specialized options for smaller or larger scopes. The minimum accessory channel required is 2.8 mm, ensuring compatibility with most standard endoscopes.
The trigger cord measures 122 cm, providing convenient control during the procedure. The bands are designed for low slippage rates, enhancing procedural reliability. Supplied non-sterile, the device is intended for single-use only and comes with all essential components: barrel, preloaded bands, trigger cord, loading catheter, and control handle.
Constructed from medical-grade plastic and stainless steel, the SIX SHOOTER BANDS ensures safe, efficient, and effective variceal or hemorrhoid ligation, making it a preferred choice for gastroenterologists seeking precision and patient safety in endoscopic procedures.
